How did Cutna die in House?

I've just watched his funeral episode from series five, which means that I watched his death episode an hour ago but I wasn't paying attention and actually went for a shower while it was on. You can guarantee that when I don't pay attention, something happens.

Unfortunately, I've deleted it from my planner so I can't go back and see for myself.

    Suicide. There was no note so House didn't believe it but he did

    by the end of the show.
