Baby gets nose bleeds when tooth cutting through?

We've noticed with her molars and incisors when they've cut through she'll get a little nose bleed or two every day. Only enough to wipe it and its stopped but I've never heard of it before

I've asked friends and none of them have experienced it with their children and I asked the doctor at her check up last week who wasn't concerned unless we couldn't stop it after 10 minutes.

(She's 20 months at the moment and healthy at the moment with no cold or fever)

Anyone else's child get nose bleeds with teeth cutting through?

Your childs teeth probably have very deep roots. Sometimes the roots of teeth penetrate the sinus cavities, which connect to the nose. My husband has had some teeth pulled, and as a result has gotten nose bleeds with a couple of them. This was the explanation his dentist gave him. Hope this helps! It should be nothing to worry about.

My toddler has been getting nose bleeds and he is teething. Could be caused by teething but i never heard of that. Or could coincidentally be dry air. I now use a cool mist humidifier and the nose bleeds stop, you should try that.
