someone asked about Pharmacy Discount Card. Is it for real and did it work for you?

I was speaking to a client and he mentioned this program or card and I had no idea what to tell him. I felt so unready to help him out so have you some information on it to share with me and did it work for you? Thanks.

    Tell him to get insurance, he probably qualifies for subsidies under Obamacare, that card is a piece of crap and pretty much worthless, sort of like the New GOP Congress..lol
