Where did Obama get $400k to study the intelligence of Tea Party?
And when is he going to study the so-called "intelligence" of Liberals?
Sense the results were .....surprising to him, to say the least....Maybe that's why the Liberal, so-called "mainstream" media is burying the story.

When Conservatives are prepared to reveal the source of their campaign funds they will have the right to ask where others get their own. Until then you can just shut the Falling Under Carnal Knowledge up.

Obama does not need to study the intelligence of the the Tea Party and you know it. Witness Ted, the Cuban/Canadian, Cruz, filibuster attempt. Or Speaker Boehner's chastising members of his own group.

Congress. All funding bills originate from Congress. Obama can't spend money unless Congress approves it first.
I guess you are not one of the intelligent Tea Party members SINCE (not "sense") you don't understand the basics of our government.
