free anime drawing software for pc?

i've recently becam addicted to writing fanfics and i'm diein to upload pics of my oc's. I can draw fine but i don't have a scanner or anything to upload it with so need some free, easy to use anime drawing software, what ones are good? thanks x

    Do you have a drawing tablet? The software will be much easier to use if you have one.

    Fire Alpaca is a good free alternative to Paint Tool SAI. GIMP is also a good alternative to Photoshop. If you like drawing with markers I recommend Autodesk Sketchbook Copic Edition.

    Try mypaint, that is the best free software to use. Go to youtube site and search the following words. These two videos will help you pick out a good software to use:
