i havent pooped in 6days and i keep getting pains?

i havent pooped in 6days now and i keep getting bad cramps like i NEED to go so i run off to the bathroom and sit there for ages and its not coming. i cant take movicol because it makes me vomit very badly. i have tried fibergel and skenkot and i have drank a crap load of water and its not helping me at all. is this dangerous?

    It sounds like you are constipated, constipation does not cause health problems. Eat more fiber-rich foods, such as fruit and vegetables, cereals and bread. Exercise more. Walking is great.Drink more water. Coffee, cola and energy drinks can make the problem worse.

    Some people try laxatives but it is better to try other things first. If you do decide to try them, use those that increase fiber in the gut. Ask your pharmacist or doctor which ones to try. If all else fails then please visit your doctor.

    I recommend an enema. Get the over the counter stuff. And some strong laxatives too.

    Or what works for me is drinking lots of strong black coffee or go eat some taco bell if they have it in your country.

    Even down a whole bottle of apple or grape fruit juice would work. Give it about 2 hours to work.

    If you not afraid you can manually dig it out if its stuck there at the end. But you will need to wear a glove and use some lube like ky jelly. I know that sounds gross but that what nurses and doctors do if your plugged up there at the end.

    Yea, that can be dangerous. You don't want to have a tear in your colon and have your fecal matter spill into your blood stream and turn septic. That can be fatal. You should go to the doctor. They can probably give you an enema or something if necessary.

    not pooping for A DAY is dangerous. go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY and try taking laxatives
