ltd company which one for me?
Setting up import company from states to uk need to know which type of corporation I need ...im a one man band and only need ltd status to allow buying from states..i am vat registered ..I see there are various types ie ltd with guarantees...thanks in advance if you could help please......I am in England and business will be run in England

You do not need "ltd status" to buy from states or anywhere else.
