Cheap female anime/manga cosplay ideas?

I'm going to a con and its pretty last minute so i've had no time to save for it and the only character i've came up with thats really cheap is L from death note but i'm not that big a fan s it would be weird. wat other characters are really simple and cheap? hanks xx
