The Ali family. Dad won the heavyweight title thrice and held the universal championship the longest after Joe Louis in the 60s and 70s. Dad is also acknowledged as the GOAT. Daughter Layla popularized and virtually legitimized women boxing in the late 90s through most of the 2000s. Layla is also acknowledged as the best ever woman pro boxer after retiring undefeated in 24 bouts winning 21 by KO from 1999-2007 while reigning as world super middleweight champion and also winning a belt at light heavyweight between 2002-2007. There is no other more successful tandem coming from one family in boxing history as far as I know.

the galaxy twins come to mind. one made 19 successful consecutive defenses of the jr bantam belt, while the other briefly held the bantam title twice.
the mayweather's did pretty good.....
the klitschko's too (did you see vitali get sprayed by a fire extinguisher a few weeks ago?).
not forgetting the byrd / brewster family and the canizalez brothers.
then there are the spinks', marquez' and floyd & tracy patterson.

probably put either the mayweather or klitschko families first.

The Baer brothers had an undisputed heavyweight champion and a top contender.
The Klitschko bothers have 2 world champions.
