i watched this movie along time ago will someone tell me the name?

it was about the guardians that can walk throw time and space , Darkness vs Light

and the Hero's name was Will and hes the seventh son of the seventh son he have a quest to collect all the symbols to Defeat Darkness and Each time he get a symbol he Gets a new power .

i dont know if this might help but i remember a scene where they were at church and the traveld throw time and had a fight " snakes were involved " :)
