at times, aged 62, I have slight problems with my sentence structures?

for instance, I intend to say" I am going to the shop to buy some milk" but what I unintentionally say is

"I am going to the shop to SELL some milk"

Also, at time I completely forget a simple , every-day word, for example

"I went to the ??????? (refrigerator) to get some milk"

Are these early symptoms of a mental health issue???

    Might have alzheimer

    Stage 2:

Very mild cognitive decline (may be normal age-related changes or earliest signs of Alzheimer's disease)

The person may feel as if he or she is having memory lapses — forgetting familiar words or the location of everyday objects. But no symptoms of dementia can be detected during a medical examination or by friends, family or co-workers.
