Skyrim. Does the hidden chest in Whiterun replenish?

So all chests in the game replenish or only certain ones? Only played Oblivion and it has been a while and new to Skyrim. I don't want to open the chests if they are level tuned, at least not until I am level 30+....

    Well, all the hidden chests that I have experienced with in the game did replenish afterwards. It takes like a few days in game for it to replenish (I think). but yea, it should, but if it doesn't don't blame me.
