? for the bikers please?

In the process of tickling the bike up and in the process of sticking two rectangular reflectors on the back of the sidecar body,((plastic)) or what ever it's made of), but not metal, and the numbers on these reflectors are IA (ei) 0231257, and measure approx.,

width 3''x1.25'' / 7cmx3.5cm./ 3''x1.25ins.

So my question relates to a suitable adhesive / glue that will ensure that neither of them will fall off.

So does any one know of a strong and suitable glue / double sided adhesive pads, that will ''make sure please''?

At a quid each can't afford to loose these!

Thanks, Andy Pandy.

Now where did I leave that teddy bear?

Just use double sided foam sticky tape, cut to size. That's what most of the other emblems on the bike are attached with. Make certain the surface you want to mount your reflectors is absolutely clean before applying the tape.

Try sitting on a few bikes in the dealers so you get a fell for them. One of the better learner bikes is the little 125cc Honda which you should 'fit' easily, My 2 girls learnt on one of these and I still have it now 40 years old, the bike not me! Good luck with it. A.

Devcon Two Ton Epoxy in clear.

Clean the area well and set up a means of securing the pieces temporarily while the epoxy sets (overnight is best but 4-5 hours should do).

    Weather stripping cement.

    Available at auto parts stores.

It's used to glue molding on the side of automobile doors.

If it's strong enough to hold that stuff on your car, it will work for your application.

It will cost more than your reflectors.

You could also get reflective tape from 3M.
