so a deserter is going back to work.?

So a deserter is going back to work while our Military men and women whom are dedicated to do what they are there for are getting pink slips; they are getting fired while they are still out on the field. What is your opinion.

    1. You've obviously never spent a day in the military, nor do you have any idea of what military service entails. Nobody gets a "pink slip" in the military. You sign up for a tour, usually four years. When the tour ends (and if you're eligible) you can re-enlist if you want to.

    2. You obviously have no conception of what the American justice system is about, either. If you want to call him a deserter, that's your business. In the real world, however, we have something called due process. That means that until you're proven guilty, we actually (GASP!) have to legally treat him as innocent. Novel concept to you, maybe, but not to real loyal Americans.

I'm guessing when it's all said and done this fool will have a dishonorable discharge. His closest mates can't be that far off. After all they did spend a few years in theatre with the loser. Not to worry about the other losers here.they wouldn't go tho eat even if their families lives depended on it. One only has to take one good look at the father tho know this is a losing and disgruntled family.

Source(s): Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll do it all over again and really make our President look like the ass many know him as.

And the pink slips you speak of are not from the military but illegally from the private employers that the reservist worked for prior to deployment. One has nothing to do with the other.

I'm glad you aren't on a jury since you seem willing to find someone guilty before the trial starts.

He has not been proven guilty, so innocent until proven guilty.
