Apparently American airport security can arrest you for laughing or smiling?

Update:

Ok, maybe whoever told me that was exaggerating. But I'm flying to Colorado next month, and I've been told that airport security there are extremely brutal and will not take jokes or anything. Is this true? And how do I avoid being arrested? Will I look "funny" to them for having long hair?

    I don't know about that.

But, the TSA does reserve the right to molest women and children in the name of security.

    We need to abolish DHS.
