What's the statute of limitations for drug use?
Someone is stalking me and threatening me. I saved their Facebook messages, and want to show it to police because I fear for the safety of myself and my child. The only problem is, we talked about drugs in the messages a year ago (I quit when I was pregnant, wouldn't mind if they tested me now to be sure because I'm clean, even went through a drug counselor). I don't know what to do.
He was my drug dealer, the messages are of him selling me and me purchasing.

First thing I recognized you have recognized the rot of the problem.
Second, there is a vast difference in how you handle yourself when the situation go from tense and probably wondering what will take place.
Other people trying to harass you is against the law just because you used drugs for the first time.
You did yourself a huge positive impact by saving their face book messages.
If you saved any caller id and that was the individuals trying to make trouble
for you that is also in your situation. If you can go to the law with out the ones who are harassing you ; tell the story and see if they can tap your home phone to catch those Don't be afraid to ask questions. In your situation persists , the law is definitely on your side . The action you took proves you were serious to get
the best possible help by going to a drug counselor. The law will be on your side and show proof that you wanted to live a healthy lifestyle for you and your child.
There you for letting me share with me. Good luck don't be afraid to stand up
for yourself for you and your child's healthy lifestyle. Encourage your child to
let you know if she needs a loving mother to talk to.

Go to the police. Some old messages are not enough to convict you, so the police wouldn't do anything to you even if they wanted to.
They will help you with the threats.

Using drugs os not a crime. POSSESSION of drugs is. If you no longer have drugs, it is not an issue.
However, if you discussed SELLING drugs, you do run the risk of being charged with conspiracy to traffic. The statute of limitations on that is 5 years.

There is no guarantee, but I think that if you went to the police to protect yourself and your child, openly and honestly explained the facts as you stated them here, then they would probably not care that much about your past now-discontinued use. But, you may want to have an attorney with you.
