Looking for a cycle computer. Budget is about £100. Sports watches also considered. Cadence hr a must.?

Some that I have seen include Q3 multi sport watch and the Stealth 50 bundle. Some computers talk to phone, which is nice. Other than that, am just confused. Any recommendations and why.
