Update:

Okay basically I'm a guy and I have a girlfriend. She has allowed me to be in the room while she has been having sex with other girls and now she has asked me to have sex with another guy (gay friend of hers) while she watches. I'm cool with that, i know about saftey and cleanliness, should I take an ibufprofen or parcetomol? Does it hurt much the first time?
