Is there a way to add a drain in my basement without digging up my basement floor?

Update:

i have a bathroom in my basement but the person who owned the house before only had a toilet installed and water lines ran for a sink but no drain. i would really like to have a functioning sink in this bathroom but i do not want to have to dig up the cement floor. is there anyway to add a drain above ground or even a way to drain into the toilet?

No. There has to be plumbing installed under the concrete. Usually at least a 1' wide trench has to be cut and jackhammered into the basement slab from the new drain location to the existing plumbing under the slab. I've done it a few times. It's not fun but it's unavoidable unless you already have plumbing under the concrete in the right spot. Once the plumbing is ran, finish the trench with new concrete. I'd suggest doing the breaking up and removing of the concrete as well as the pouring the new concrete yourself because a plumber will charge a lot to do that part.
