Laptop battery problem?
Laptop does not operate via battery or new replacement battery.
Icon at bottom of screen reads " 0% available (plugged in , not charging)"
Laptop operates from mains cable supply.
Please advise.

try a different new battery. if that doesn't work then it will need some serious repair.

Turned out to be that battery was not being charged due to faulty AC socket on laptop.
So I now have two functioning batteries !

Press Boot button (Generally F2, Tab or Delete Button) and press Power button
When Boot menu is opened Press F9 (Load Default) And Press F10 (Save and Exit) Thats it
