AMD Jaguar 8 cores and AMD bulldozer 8 cores the same thing?

Update:

AMD bulldozer CPU

Gskill 16 GB ram

Nvidia GEforce 66Ti 3GB Super Clocked video card

seaSonic 850 watt Power supply

1 TB WD BLUE 7200 RPM Hard Drive

32 Inch 1080P SHARP HD TV

I also have 3 disk drives 1 blu ray 2 dvd.

With a large cooler master tower and after market cooler master cpu heat sink and fans one blowing in another pulling out.

PC has a freedom that ps4 doesn't not unless you hack the ps4 firmware I guess.

Should I stay with the pc or go with the ps4.

Advice needed.

Thanks guys.

Update 2:

Jaguar, or Family 16h, is the codename for a low-power SoC microarchitecture designed by AMD to succeed Bobcat. It is two-way superscalar and capable of out of order execution. It forms the basis for AMD's Semi-Custom Business Unit and four product families: Kabini aimed at notebooks and mini PCs, Temash aimed at tablets, Kyoto aimed at micro-servers, and the G-Series aimed at embedded applications. Both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One use chips based on the Jaguar microarchitecture

Yes there are the same that's why they have different names and completely different architectures and even Googling them shows they are the same

not exactly they only have the same number of cores, but different architectures when it comes to power consumption and process handling.
