I just heard a the name Macarthur and kind of liked it for a boy. What is your opinion???

Update:

I have no intention of using name I just heard it and kind of liked it but I would never personally use it for my own child just wanted to know what others thought of the name

Gosh, this is a name I have not heard of for years, Macarthur, I liked it back in the 70s and still like it today. Well done on the name choice, nice to see names from way back when used again and names that are different.

What's wrong with just Arthur? I've had the name Arther Henry and Arthur William on my list for a long time now.

  • I don't understand the obsession with surnames. Arthur is lovely, why the need to have Mac- at the beginning?

Just another last name put into service as a first name. I don't hate it but I don't love it either.

As long as his middle name is Park, I'm fine with it.

That name is awful. Don't name your child that. He has to live with it forever. Sounds horrible
