Is there a specific way to get dates. I m not popular with woman and I really want to change this. I don t know how though.?

I've only got six female friends. I have aspergers myself. Also all of my female friends have disabilities. I'm 36 as well and my female friends are aged between 18 and 34. Also I have two voluntary jobs, however I only have a few female friends at work. Most of the staff at work are considered am acquaintance or I have a strictly professional relationship with them
