Panic attack help!?

Im a teen and I have panic attacks. Some are small and some are bad. I'm claustrophobic and have panic attacks on subways and airplanes since I was around 8. I was also raised by an OCD mother and some of her tendencies passed to me. If things are unbalanced I can have attacks. I had some after my dads devorce and my mothers marriage. I have one when I got braces and I couldn't get them off. I recently got rubber bands on my braces and I've had many attacks when I couldn't open my mouth fully. I stopped myself before blacking out of anything major. I need to get them under control. Please if anyone has ways to calm myself or cut them off. Thanks

    panic attacks come for me when things are not the same, when things are the same and balanced and the same i am calm and tranguil, if you get on the site called PTSD self help they are very helpful, i had 3 months of prozac and he was going to try zoloft but i never went back.

    if you have an elastic band, but that is hurtful and not comfortable, you can either make one from hair bobbles sewn together or trylooming one of those loom bands anything that springs back and when you feel that you are leaving reality ping it quick on your wrist and that snaps you back,inhalers for asthma do it if you can get your hands on one, one lasts a long time salbutamol or ventolin is the best.

    There is a way to breathe but i have never been taught it, so just take deep breathes it is helpful if someone tells you to breathe in and out but no one is usually there at the time.
