I am wondering if anyone can find a death date for a Mr Courtney Albert Reedman, died Victoria BC Canada in November 1995?

    It happened some time in November 1995.

    This looks like him, except his tombstone says Dec 7, 1995.

    He was a trooper in the Sherbrooke Fusiliers.

    Your only hope is to find an obit for him. There are no public access records that will allow us to view his record, it's still covered under Canada's privacy laws.
