Is moving the trachea in my throat bad?
Often I get this urge to move the trachea in my throat. I don't know how I do it and I don't know how to describe it, but I am able to do something with my throat that makes the trachea move without having to touch my throat.
I was wondering if I'm doing any damages by doing this? And if so, how can I stop it? It's a strange urge and I don't realise I'm doing it until after I had shifted it a couple of times. How can I stop this?
