Laptop screen shows printer trying to print wirelessly. However printer fails to produce a printed sheet. Despairing----help please!?

Completely delete all mentions of your printer and then go to the manufacturers website for the latest drivers for your printer. There is a small chance it might ask you to connect during the installation process by cable to your printer but this does not always happen
