How to get max SPECIAL stats in Fallout 4?
My friend sent me a photo text of his level 1 character having all 10's across the board on his SPECIAL stats. How do you go about doing this?
Figure there is no harm in doing so since it's a single player campaign.

Found this little 60 second gem on Youtube. Make sure you take care of this before the patch releases.

When you level up you get a perk point, you can use that point to gain/improve a skill OR you can use it to increase a SPECIAL stat. Collecting bobbleheads will add +1. I personally maxed out INT and CHA, I put the rest into skills. To each his own. To get 10 in all at the start I'd say use an editor or photoshop.

I couldn't get it to work, but here is what I read. There is a You're Special book in your house under the baby crib. Take Dogmeat in the room and command him to get it. Then very quickly grab it yourself before Dogmeat can get it. This allows you to add one point to any trait. Now drop the book and repeat. You should be able to repeat this until all traits are at 10. Again, it did not work for me.

There's a glitch you can do with the "You're Special" book you find in your house that lets you add a SPECIAL point and Dogmeat, that lets you use the book as many times as you want. It lets you max out all your stats if you keep doing it.
And if you're on PC, just use console commands.
