Should I regard a strange person as somenone who either can help me or whithout which I can't survive?

Can I say good bye without being threatened? Note: I don't have on mind the doctor...

Maybe you should have on mind, the doctor.
Maybe you should also speak to someone fluent in English to help you post in an English website.
