Do I need to prime again?
Working on a wall that's already been primed, and I"m touching up some spots with more mud. Do I need to prime the mud again before I paint?

All mud, whenever it is applied and after it's dry, has to be primed.

yes you do, just spot prime those areas

I would, the spackle may show through. Besides to err in caution is not a bad idea.
