Why is my poop blue?

    Something you ate. Poop is red when you eat a lot of Beets or tomatos

    It's blue when you eat

    Blueberries, grape soda or Koolaid, grape colored candy and anything with grape dye in it, including grape gatorade , blueberry pie and so on.
