As a straight male in Colorado, has there ever been an actual law that prevented me from using a public women's restroom?

Update:

-edit: keep in mind that I have no intention of using women's facilities. I'm just curious if the 2008 law really changed anything at all.

Actually, I hope not. I know when the women's bathroom has been broken or a line a mile long (go figure) I've used the men's. But it was one where it was just one, not where a lot of men went in at a time. I can't believe all this drama over bathrooms. There have always been transgenders and there have always been bathrooms and nobody has ever cared until now.

Source(s): I'm still upset over Bruce Springsteen and Circue du Soleil cancelling because of ignorant NC and bathrooms.

Nope. There still isn't, unless CO makes one like NC. [wait, does CO have a new one too? I missed it.] There are laws about harassment or public disturbance but they aren't gender specific. You can get a woman arrested in the woman's restroom for harassment.

No. besides who would be standing there outside all the public restrooms making sure of who is straight or gay or trans to begin with? LOL
