Likelihood of genetic OCD or bipolar disorder?

Both my parents have mild or severe OCD and mild or severe bipolar disorder. What's the likelihood I'll develope either? I'm in my mid-teens.

    Medical science doesn't know yet. There does seem to be some genetic component, but having parents with mental illnesses isn't a guarantee that the offspring will have it.

    Only if they have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist and are under the care of a mental health team. Having a teenage boy diagnose them means absolutely nothing.
