Help me switching to healthier diet.?

I've been trying eating healthy on daily basis including complex carbs, lean protein, and healthy fat. The only problem i have is that i felt a little bloated the last couple days, properly from the fiber from the complex carbs. I looked up online and they say you should switch up slowly but i did a cold turkey. So the question is should i keep eating healthy like this and the bloat will go away itself or should i switch back to my normal diet and slowly increase my fiber intake?

A bowl of oatmeal for breast will boost your metabolism for the day, then for lunch try having a chicken breast and some beans or broccoli, then for supper maybe some fish/steak or chicken again with some veggies, preferably broccoli or beans. The best way to lose weight is to up your protein intake and do something that makes you sweat for an hour. Get your heart rate up.
