Eerie feeling in a hotel in Japan?

So I was watching the view from a mountain in Japan. It was so beautiful overlooking the city and a bit cloudy. But suddenly as the wind blowed and sound of wind was heard i felt very weird. It is hard to describe in words but as if it was the end of the world and you are seeing the city the last time. Is this normal?

Fog blurs lines that your brain needs to identify the known.

So when it is foggy, your brain does and doesn't recognize the setting.

Call it a facial-recognition hardware malfunction.

This lack of familiarity causes feelings of unease.

Everywhere there are mountains and fog it looks and feels eerie.

You should say "the wind blew", not the "the wind blowed".
