Why do alpha waves annoy me?
I have trouble relaxing to go to sleep and people have recommended music with binaural beats and alpha waves to help that. However I find it makes me more agitated. Anyone know why?
I have indeed consulted my doctor. She wasn't much help. According to her, it's an age thing, it's a menopause thing, it's suck it up and get used to it. But that doesn't adress the question of why I find alpha waves annoying, does it?
