Do you think Glucosamine/Chondroitin really helps people with arthritis, or is it just a placebo?

    I have RA, and my Rheumatologist has recommended me to use it. However, I never felt a difference in using such products.

    I looked up at trustful sources and Glucosamine are supposed to be helpful. In addition there are anti-inflammation remedies like collodial gold, Vitamin C/D in high dose, reduce meat and gluten, mind acidic food; as a sugar substitude one can use xylitol.

    Yes it does with many people in the UK. My Doctor recommends it, HOWEVER, it gave me stomach ache so I stopped using it.
