Excel: How to enter a formula such as: = if (sum(a+b-c)) <0 set txt color white, set bkg red, ELSE set... black and white?

Update:

And if cell = 0, set the whole row as bkg green?

(and font clõlor = white)

    use conditional formatting, Home | Conditional formatting (styles) |

    Highlight whole row;

    New rule: Use a formula to determine which cells to format

    =$a$1=0

    format: Fill | green colour

    Select $A$1

    New rule: Format only cells that contain

    Cell Value | less then | 0

    format: Font | Color | White; Fill | red colour
