Legally, I am not in the wrong am I?

I am going to New Jersey to stay with my sister as my kids and I live in a state that has a hurricane/ flooding right now. They are 17. I am leaving them and refusing to bring them with me. Neither own a phone as I never got them and and we do not have a landline phone as I got rid of it 5 years ago. Neither know how to drive as I refused to teach them. So neither can go on their own. Legally I would not be in the wrong, would I? It is not my fault our state has a hurricane either.

Kudos to you for condensing your story down to eight sentences. Did you take your imaginary wife with you to New Jersey or did you leave her at home? Your children have been seventeen for about two years now. Interesting.

Your whole philosophy is wrong. It is your job to teach your children to enable them to be productive adults.

FLAT OUT LYING on Yahoo Answers is not illegal.

If ANY of your BS post were remotely true, any children you had would have been taken away YEARS ago.
