Are there fun things to do in San Diego for free?

    Balboa Park is nice. Some of the museums are free. And there's a garden across the street from the zoo, as I recall, which is good for wandering around. I also enjoyed just checking out the sea life.

    Yes. Migrate out. Too much traffic. With only 2 major freeways (5 and the 15).
