If Mexico is paying for the wall, why is the government shut down over money for the wall?

Mexico is not paying for the wall. The Government Shut down because many Congress and Senate members disagree with President Orangeface. Orangeface thinks that Mexico is funding the drug cartels and sending them to the US. That is not true. Instead, most of the drugs come from countries like Venezuela and pass through Mexico into the USA. The Mexican Army is actually fighting the drug cartels. Also we have a misconception that many Hispanic gangs are illegal and thats why they do drugs. False, Los Angeles was a Hispanic/Latino city for years and when alot of Whites started to move in, the majority White government put Segregation laws on the Hispanic/Latinos which put them into extreme poverty which caused the rise to gangs and drug dealers. Thats the United State's fault, not Mexico's.
