so my dog has been recently throwing up and i dont know why....?

after he throws up, he looks at me and says "quit lookin' at me, its like you've never seen you puke before." I am quite puzzled as to why my dog meows at me when he says this, and why he uses a litter box, but dogs gotta be dogs, huh
