No doubt on drugs seems to be the norm these days with younger drivers.

it was probably ex soldier L/Cpl Kyle Harris, 30, a caucasian patriot from Epsom in Surrey attempting to escape from police because he was smuggling foreigners into UK

    Or someone with Alzheimers

    Probably an over-tired older driver.

So what ARE you supposed to do if you find yourself going the wrong way then?

So a 'young' 28 year old then. Intoxicants of some kind or another or a blazing row (releases natural drugs) could have caused it.

It says he is from Swindon, so whether he is born in the UK or not, he should have known better. With the little information there is, it looks as if in his drunken state, he got confused.
