That generally means the person who posted the question has blocked you. This is what happens if you ever answer any question in a way that doesn't entirely agree with the asker. So they're not really looking for help, just looking for advocates.

Your answer isn't going to process while someone is moving the question to another category, while someone else is uploading their answer, and so on. Usually if you wait a bit, you can successfully submit your answer.

Sometimes when I can't get my answer to upload, I will copy the answer (so I don't have to type it again if it gets lost) and refresh the page. After refreshing, sometimes my answer appears. If my answer doesn't appear, then I paste it into the answer box and try again to submit it.

And sometimes I just give up. It's frustrating.
