WHEN EMAILING PDF FILE IT BOUNCES BACK TO LARGE UNABLE TO SEND?

You'll have to bring up the file on your computer and save it in pieces. With the file open, either print it to a PDF printer, selecting pages 1 - 15, (or whatever) and name it Batch 1. Then print again from page 16 - end and name it Batch 2. If you don't have a PDF printer, try the "Save As" command. Split it into at least 2, perhaps 3 depending on how large it is. I can usually send documents up to about 20 pages without a problem. Depends on your email provider.

The maximum file size you can send is 25 MB.

It can, and does, happen. Try breaking your file into 2 or more parts, if possible.
