99% of hematomas don't require treatment. Your body naturally drains it over time and removes everything from your body through your urine.
There are certain places that your body can't stand a hematoma and people of certain ages may not be able to heal a hematoma. Usually drains are best. For example, subdural hematomas often require what's called a skull "shunt" which is basically a drain on your head to relieve pressure. Some folks who take blood thinners may get hematomas the size of baseballs, which put pressure on nerves and other body parts and may require drainage.
But like I said, 99% of hematomas just go away on their own and don't require any intervention. A young person wouldn't need treatment unless they had a hematoma on their lungs, heart or brain.

A blood blister? The body will typically re-absorb it in a healthy individual. If appearance is critical to your livelihood, and makeup is insufficient to hide it, ask your dermatologist.
