I believe sperm are recycled every few days if they're not used, eggs are either there from birth or at puberty, I forget which.

Nope. Think of the woman's eggs as donuts, everyone slightly different from the other, Think of the man's sperm as the frosting, every sperm slightly different. Even with the same woman and man, every donuts comes out different but you need both for a full donut.

Absolutely not. Every egg that a woman has was there before she was born. Men are making sperm all the time. So a sperm is not over a month old.

Technically speaking you are in a star, where carbon and the other heavier elements were created that make up your body and DNA) before your father and mother even existed. All of what makes you "you" or the essence of what makes you an individual didn't exist until the sperm and egg fused. Before that you were a collection of atoms created in the nuclear furnaces of stars.

Considering how men create new sperm cells all the time, while women only have a limited amount of eggs? Of which one matures and becomes eligible for fertilization every cycle? I'd say no. Because actually, based on my understanding of biology, the egg will have existed for much longer than the sperm cell, anyway. So based on that..? You could say we were in our mothers first. Although of course technically speaking, before the sperm and the egg met, it wasn't really us, to begin with. As we are the combined result of BOTH. And if the egg had been fertilized by a different sperm cell, say..? It would have turned out as a very different person.

..Hopefully now you can stop obsessively asking this question again and again. Although I won't get my hopes up. :S
