What are some of the coolest things to do near Toronto and Niagra Falls.?

My wife and I are camping near Niagra falls in a few weeks and I wanted some suggestions from locals/frequent visitors about what is worth taking the time to do in and around Toronto and Niagra Falls areas.

    Niagara-on-the-lake, hiking the bruce trail, cn tower, ROM, AGO, Clifton Hill, Maid of the Mist, Toronto Island, Blue Jays game at Roger centre, Steamwhistle brewery tour, Distillery District, Ripley's Aquarium, Kensington Market and St Lawrence Market. Have a good trip!
