Should there be laws restricting who can have / raise children, or is it everybody's right to choose?

To have children is a huge responsibility. Those who want to have them need to make the choice carefully and think about the children and their welfare. The adults need to be very ready to be GOOD parents - ready emotionally, ready mentally, ready physically, and ready financially. And they need to be ready to put in the effort/work over the long time period required to be GOOD parents. If not ready in all ways to raise children they should choose to abstain.

I do not think there should be laws about this. There are already too many laws restricting freedoms, I am not at all for more laws restricting freedoms.

Yes there should be a test that people should have to pass first to see if they are qualified.

Well there should be, but the ACLU will not allow it. It is currently illegal to sterilize anyone with mental illness, or retardation. Yup that is the law. It is a USA thing.

Also any poor drug addict can get fertility treatments on the state.

Yes, it should be illegal for everyone to be a breeder and everyone should be sterilized. That is to rid the planet of the biggest parasites there are.

I think that if you didn’t have the right to choose, we’d have nazis again with racial purity. No one has the right to sterilize humans like animals because they were suicidal once or have autism... I happen to work with an autistic girl who is fully functional and homeschools her three kids (she works third shift). She is a good mom despite her mental health
