Why am I getting all these adds on my email that I can't delete ??

Because Company's are paying Yahoo $$$$$ to Display it on there Site there for they are Required to show it to you
The only thing you can do to Get Rid of the Advertisements is to Install Ad Block onto your Browser

If ads, that is how Y/V makes money. You can try installing an adblocking software package. Some are free.
